A public event requires at least one valid future occurrence. After its final date it is archived and no longer appears as an active event.

The snapshot retains 467 archived records and never automatically deletes a record that disappears from the provider. Sentinel values are suppressed; safety information cannot become positive without a responsible current source and review.
